1. General: All offers and deliveries are only valid under the following conditions, to which the customer agrees with his order . Other agreements are only valid in written form. Data protection law: Beautyson GmbH saves the data of customers and prospects. We declare, that we sometimes use the names or addresses of customers and prospects for marketing reasons. We don’t use these data, if the customer or prospect declares us his disagreement.

2. Price policy: All prices are inclusive VAT and are valid from our depot excluding package and freight charges.

3. Payment: Delivery is made against advanced payment or at sight L/C. We reserve the right of accepting different forms of payment.

4. Proprietary right: The goods are property of Beautyson GmbH until complete payment through the customer.

5. Restitution right and objection: For products, which have been purchased through mail order, the customer has a restitution right of 14 days after receipt. Excluded from the restitution right are cremes, gels, lotions, etc. For products, which has been purchased through third parties, the
conditions of these companies are valid. The direct restitution right to Beautyson is excluded. Conditions: The product must be in undamaged, functional and complete condition and in original package send back to Beautyson GmbH. In case of objection (within 6 days after receipt of the product, please put a written description of the objection into the package. The return delivery has to be cost-effective.

6. Guarantee: By this customer guarantee, Beautyson GmbH guarantees the product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months after delivery. This guarantee will not reimburse nor cover the damage resulting from adaptations or adjustments which may be made to the product without the prior written consent of Beautyson GmbH. This guarantee does not cover any damage resulting from misuse, including but not limited to failure to use the product for its normal purpose or in accordance with Beautyson´s instructions on the proper use and maintenance. Colour changes and colour deviation from this leaflet are excluded from the guarantee.

7. Changes: Changes of the product, which will improve the quality or prices changes as well as errors in description and prices are reserved.

8. Validity: With publishing this leaflet all previous descriptions and prices are not valid anymore.

9. Place of performance and legal domicile: Place of performance and exclusive legal domicile for all legal actions in connection with this our products or deliveries is D-36043 Fulda/Germany.

10. Part-effectiveness: If one of the above standing regulations is or will be not valid, the effectiveness of the other regulations or other agreements is not affected.
