Frequently asked questions and trouble shooting

1. How often should the BeautyLifter^® be used?

During the first 4 weeks, you should use the device daily or every second day for 5 – 10 minutes. If you are satisfied with the treatment effect, it is enough to use it once a week for keeping the result. If using properly, there are no side effects and the treatment is safe.
 

2. I don’t feel anything than a soft warming of the metal head. Is my device out of order?

Definitely not! The vibration generator head produces ultrasonic waves with a frequency of 1 Mhz, that means one million times each second. The human senses are not able to recognize them. But you can make them visible: Just put a drop of fluid on the metal head and switch the power button on. You will see, how the fluid is „dancing“.
 

3. I have the impression, that my skin turns bad after several treatments!

In some circumstances, this is possible because of the cleaning effect. Just proceed with the treatments and give your skin enough fluid. after a short while, you will see the success.
